150PHP per Developer referral (upon completion of initial test/assessment completion);
500PHP per successful referral (upon completion of paid working assessment);
additional 4000PHP (90 days after initial acceptance & hire of Junior/Associate positions)
8000PHP (90 days after initial acceptance & hire of Senior positions).
Cash rewards will be paid up after confirming up to what point in the recruitment process referred candidates were able to accomplish.
